Return Policy:*

At floralgrowers.com we understand that we deal with perishable items.  From time to time unexpected problems may arise.  We ask that you inspect all the products you have purchased.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied we ask that you notify us within 24 hours from your delivery.

How to notify us:
You can notify us using our automated system.


(1) Just click on Your account, located at the top right hand corner on every page.

(2)Select make a claim

(3)Enter the product, qty and date delivered.

(4)Press submit.

You will be given a time-dated receipt verifying that you have made a return merchandise claim.  You will also receive an e-mail confirmation. 

We will then review your claim. If your claim is called in within 24 hours you will receive arrangements for the pick up of all claimed merchandise.


Customer Service is available 8:00am-2:00pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern standard time.

Please have delivery date and items you are claiming ready.


*In order to receive credit Product must be returned and  called in within the 24 hour period.  No credit will be given on product thrown away or not submitted according to policy.  The time-dated receipt does not constitute acceptance or admittance of a return.

Credit card customers will be credited back on the same card.  C.O.D. customers will receive a check refund after funds have cleared.
