Account Information

How do I change my account information?

A. Click on the your account link located at the top right hand corner of every page. You will then be prompted for your user name and password. Press Enter. When the account screen appears, press the edit info button located in the control menu on the left side of the page.

I can't remember my password, what should I do ?

A. Click on the your account link located at the top right hand corner of every page. You will then be prompted for your user name and password. Click on the link for I forgot my password. You will then be prompted for your user name. Press Enter and your password will be e-mailed to you.

I can't remember my User name, what should I do ?

A. Click on the your account link located at the top right hand corner of every page. You will then be prompted for your user name and password. Click on the link for I forgot my user name. You will then be prompted for your password. Press Enter and your user name will be e-mailed to you.

A. E-mail customer support with your name, address, phone and e-mail address. Note that you have forgotten your information. You will be e-mailed your account information in 24 hours.

Shopping cart help

How can I see what's in my shopping cart ?

A. Click on the view cart link located at the top right hand corner of every page.

How do I remove 1 item from my shopping cart ?

A. Click on the view cart link located at the top right hand corner of every page. The items in your cart will be displayed with the quantities you have ordered. Simply enter a quantity of (zero) 0 for the items you wish to remove. Press the update button and the items will be removed from you order.

How do I clear my shopping cart ?

A. Click on the view cart link located at the top right hand corner of every page. The items in your cart will be displayed with the quantities you have ordered. On the menu bar located on the left hand side of the screen will be a link called empty cart. Simply click the link and your cart will be emptied.

When I place an order my shopping cart says EMPTY?

A. Our shopping cart uses cookies to store you order selection.  Your web browser must be set to accept cookies.

A. Did you supply us with a valid e-mail address an phone number? Click on the your account link located at the top right hand corner of every page.

How can I check the status of my order ?

A. Click on the your account link located at the top right hand corner of every page. You will then be prompted for your user name and password. Press Enter. When the account screen appears, press the order status button located in the control menu on the left side of the page.

I placed an order but would like to cancel it ?
